Terms & Prices: All orders are accepted on the basis of payment within 30 days from date of shipment. We accept VISA and MasterCard with a 3.5% service fee added. Prices listed are F.O.B. point of origin. Unless otherwise specified orders will be shipped by the fastest appropriate method.

Pricing: Due to continuing product improvements, Pyramid reserves the right to change prices, discontinue products, or change the design of products without notice.

Billing: An itemized invoice is mailed upon shipment and a pick slip with no prices is enclosed with the product. A monthly statement covering all transactions is mailed to each active account shortly after the end of the month. A 1.5% ($2.00 minimum) per month service charge may be added to past due accounts.

Customer Returns: Custom products, opened chemical products, and products requiring refrigeration cannot be returned. Catalog products may be returned for credit within 45 days from date of shipment under the following conditions:

1. The products must be in an unused and resalable condition.

2. Products must be from the original purchaser.

3. Products must be shipped prepaid and insured to our Corte Madera office at the address below.

4. A copy of the sales invoice and a written statement with the reason for the return should accompany the products.

Warranty: Pyramid warrants that all products sold are fabricated with the highest quality material and workmanship and warrants no product except as to defects in materials and/or workmanship arising within one year of date of sale. The buyer assumes all risk and liability resulting from purchase or use of the products, in conjunction with other products, except as to the above warranty, under which Pyramid’s liability is for replacement of product or refund of purchase price only. Dimensions shown for products in this catalog are subject to normal manufacturing tolerances.
